Limo777.com will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Limo777.com. Limo777.com will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.

 

 

AT THE CHAUFFEURS DESCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.

(1) $ 20.00 Per broken glassware, $ 30.00 per damaged Cd, $ 45.00 per damaged DVD


(2) $ 15.00 per damaged towel, $ 50.00 per damaged pillow, $ 100.00 per damaged Bed-Sheet


(3) $ 50.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spill, etc.)


(4) $ 150 detailing and wax ( due to sickness - exterior)


(5) $ 175 Shampoo and disinfecting ( due to sickness interior)


(6) $ 175 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery


(7) $ 150 minimum for each act of vandalism


(8) Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen item from the vehicle


(9) Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract

Cancellation Policy:  

Please Review your reservation for accuracy as you are responsible to report any discrepancies immediately. Locating your Driver: If you cannot locate the driver, immediately call 1.866.546-6777 or 786.777.0788 We will direct you; failure to call us will result in you being charged in full as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy: Limo777 requires that cancellations be received by phone; no less than 8 hours prior to pick-up time; excluding International Reservations (Outside US /Canada), Wedding Service, Specials, Tours, Packages & all Specialty Vehicles (Motor-Coaches, Mini-Buses, SUV Limos, Hummer Limos & Limo-Buses). If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your pick-up time you will be charged in full for the reservation.

All Deposits are non-refundable; even if you cancel within prescribed time frames. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by prescribed time frames or no-show at p/up. If you cancel by the specified time frame the balance will be waived excluding a $25 admin. fee per reservation (waived for Corp. Acct.'s.)

International (excl. US & Canada) & Specialty Vehicle cancellations must be received by phone at least 3 days prior to the p/up time; Weddings, Tours, Packages & all Specials must be cancelled 7 days prior to p/up time; or you will be charged in full for the reservation. Roundtrip reservations must be cancelled as 2 separate reservations.

Change Policy: Limo777 requires that all changes be received by phone to 1.866.546-6777 (changes cannot be made with your driver) a minimum of 3 hours prior to p/up for US/CDN Reservations; 6 Hours for Intl. Reservations & are subject to availability. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the reservation.

Additional Policies

Clients and/or members of their party are responsible for any damage and/or cleaning fees that may be incurred during the use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, cigarette burns, vomit, broken glassware, upholstery tears or punctures and exterior damages (e.g. opening a car door into another vehicle or object). Limo777.com and it's Affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items that are left in the vehicle.

All Rate Confirmations are subject to audit when reservation is completed; to include actual toll charges incurred, parking fees incurred, addl. stops requested and time allocated, etc. Hourly reservations are billed the actual time use of vehicle in 60 minute increments after the minimum charge specified has occurred. Direct Transfer reservations have a 10 minute Grace Period at pick-up (excluding Airport pick-ups); if you exceed that grace period you will be charged in 60 minutes increments equal to the Stated Vehicle Hourly Rate listed on our Website.

The signee of this agreement promises and agrees to indemnify, assume the defense and save harmless Limo777.com from and against any and all claims resulting from the signee's negligence or that of any third parties but shall not be obligated to indemnify and defend Limo777.com from claims resulting solely from their negligence

 

By utilizing Limo777 services you expressly authorize your credit card to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies and terms.
